Clean Areas for the Optical Tables
A local clean zone is a structure created and used in such a way as to minimize the retention of particles within itself. The particles are removed by laminar air flows that have passed through coarse and fine filters. In addition, the laminar air flow creates a higher pressure, which prevents particles from the environment from entering the interior of the clean zone.

Clean zones are used to create a local clean space, where the optical table and various equipment that are demanding for the cleanliness of the use environment are placed. The clean areas for the optical table consist of a frame with electrostatic curtains and an air purification unit, which includes low noise fans and HEPA coarse and fine filters.
